Trapper's Sushi

Always go here for my sushi cravings and have NEVER been dissatisfied. Even with large parties the restaurant is accommodating for all you can eat and the chefs always have casual banter going which makes even a solo eater feel welcome for a casual lunch in town. The bonney lake is my personal favorite roll to eat, though it packs a lot of roll so be prepared. Wide selection of rolls and if you enjoy trying new things ask a chef for their favorite.

Imagine a sports bar but with sushi. That's the atmosphere of Trapper's. The food was good but small portions. The bar side offers all-you-can-eat sushi (nifty) and a large selection of drinks. It's typically loud and busy. The staff could improve with their interactions with customers. Overall, it's alright.

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this location and we’ve been here so many times, but I guess that’s because I had such a good experience this time. Our chef was so attentive and talkative and I appreciated that so much. The chefs usually keep to themselves, but I enjoyed our dinner long conversation with ours this time, I wish more of the chefs were like this. Felt much more personal and I definitely wasn’t hesitant to ask for anything. I wish I could remember his name, but he worked on the back wall, the wall of the bathroom, on Sunday 1/26. He said he is there every Sunday all day, if you go see him you won’t be disappointed, very cool guy and great sushi chef! I think he said he just transferred to this location and I hope he stays around!

Coming from a landlocked state with no fresh fish, this place was DELICIOUS! Did the all you can eat, the rolls were very big, and the staff was very kind. Restaurant itself is modern and clean. Overall very good experience

Awesome service! Sushi makers really tend to your wants and accommodate to your liking. Love the music too... Island music /reggae. Really reminds me of home. Fast service.
