“Though Panera is a little pricey, it's a great place for any meal. You can't go wrong with the "You Pick Two", soup and a sandwich or salad. The bagels are always fresh and soft and the cream cheese flavors are great. They also have delicious smoothies. You should not be in management and for the Owner you should look into customer service training for you management staff. I called simply to inform you that I did not get what I paid for, I wasn’t mad I just know what ordered and that’s not what I received or what I paid for. I know that you don’t charge crazy prices for your pizza, but I don’t order from you because you’re cheap. I order because I actually enjoy your product. “Just went in during the usual 7:30 PM dinner hustle. Ordered 3 items. Staff was working hard to crank out food to customers. One of the customers looked like he was waiting for a re-work. Cashier was doing her best to be friendly to everyone. I waited about 6 minutes, then got my food. The staff was apologetic, offered me a cinnamon twist, also gave me a slip of paper. The paper is a coupon for a free taco as an apology for....something? Wait time, I guess? Not sure. But it's a nice gesture. Thank you Taco Bell staff, ya'all are the real people grinding with little appreciation day in, day out. Well, I just want to tell you I appreciate all your hard work! Keep it up.”

“Went here for the first time today to spend some holiday gift cards. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful. Our server showed us how to download and use their app which saved us $10 when we signed up for free. We had their buffalo chicken nachos which had a nice kick to them and wonderful flavor, and the pizza had a nice fluffy crust. It was really cool watching the chefs hand toss the dough for the pizza while we waited for our food. We will definitely go again sometime soon!”
