It was, however, frustrating that I needed to sign a receipt; I paid online so there was no reason for a receipt to need signing except for adding a tip. Tipping at a take out pizza joint just doesn't make sense to me so it was generally an uncomfortable experience to not tip when they expect one, but that won't keep me from buying pizza there.”

“Fantastic overall experience! My husband and I were celebrating his birthday over a delightful lunch with delicious grub and unforgettable service! We are so glad we chose to go to Hops n Drops! Manager Matt greeted us at the door and led us to the best booth in the house! Then, our kind server Kate was absolutely superb, knowledgeable and just plain fun. She also offered great drink and food suggestions and took care of us the entire time. The background music was great modern hits and set at the perfect volume; giving the entire place a chill and relaxed vibe. We were so comfortable and really felt welcomed and wanted. When I looked around, I noticed all the employees all had smiles on their faces and a pep in their step. We will most definitely be back! Kudos and keep up the awesome work!”

“Just went in during the usual 7:30 PM dinner hustle. Ordered 3 items. Staff was working hard to crank out food to customers. One of the customers looked like he was waiting for a re-work. Cashier was doing her best to be friendly to everyone. I waited about 6 minutes, then got my food. The staff was apologetic, offered me a cinnamon twist, also gave me a slip of paper. The paper is a coupon for a free taco as an apology for....something? Wait time, I guess? Not sure. But it's a nice gesture. Thank you Taco Bell staff, ya'all are the real people grinding with little appreciation day in, day out. Well, I just want to tell you I appreciate all your hard work! Keep it up.”

“Went here for the first time today to spend some holiday gift cards. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful. Our server showed us how to download and use their app which saved us $10 when we signed up for free. We had their buffalo chicken nachos which had a nice kick to them and wonderful flavor, and the pizza had a nice fluffy crust. It was really cool watching the chefs hand toss the dough for the pizza while we waited for our food. We will definitely go again sometime soon!”

“We love MOD. Made On Demand. They have a great gluten free crust. Sometimes they are greedy with the cheese and you almost have to beg for extra. That is probably the more expensive topping I'm guessing. They are fast and the ingredients are fresh. Salads are great because you can have anything you want. We enjoy their food very much.
