Asahi Sushi

The chefs and servers here are very attentive and kind. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. My family and I had a wonderful experience here. We loved the fresh, live flowers on the table. We loved the delicate food art on the dish. We appreciated all of the details put into the presentation of the meal. The ingredients are noticeably high quality, and the prices are good. This is the best sushi restaurant that I have been to, hands down.

Our new favorite sushi place in Olympia. The rolls were fresh, not a lot of rice, beautifully prepared and displayed, and absolutely delicious. Good variety, good prices, and the lady who sat us and took our order (I think she may have been the owner) was lovely---hospitable, friendly, patient and kind. One of my teenage children had a bento box which had so much food that she could not finish it. We will be dreaming of this meal until we get to come again!

Holy cow I was not expecting it to be that good. The asahi tower is probably the best thing I've ever ordered in a restaurant, pictured below. WOW the food was so good, the salmon melted in my mouth. Good drinks and mochi too!
Post Covid-19 reopening: staff all had on masks and were cleaning constantly. Occupantlcy was low, I felt very safe.

This restaurant is truly a great experience on its own. First of all, the restaurant is amazingly decorated with lights and makes you feel welcomed. The sushi here is especially amazing and the chef herself always puts a smile on her face. But above all the food here is quite spectacular. I ordered the Chirashi Poke Bowl and it was a amazing mix of vegetables and sushi. All kinds of flavors were infused in just one dish. Also, I have to say these guys give a lot of food for a sushi restaurant. You will definitely get your moneys worth!
