Uptown Grill

We have wanted to try this place for months and scored an outside table in the sun on a Wednesday afternoon and what a wonderful surprise! Happy hour menu is great!!! The cocktail was superb and we enjoyed the fish tacos and gorgonzola mac and cheese and clam chowder and an Irish coffee! We look forward to returning to try more from this eclectic menu! Excellent service as well.

Great service and really yummy food. I would label this as elevated comfort food. My bf and I got the happy hour big burrito and the gorgonzola mac and cheese and they were both fab. Very flavorful! The service was excellent as well. The drinks were a little weak and the interior is hardly decorated.

I had planned on going to another bar in Oly, but walked past and was immediately drawn in by the employee at the door, all smiles, warm and welcoming. He left and we got another server, who was AMAZZZZZING, the drinks were beyond delicious, and when I lamented to the server about dietary restrictions, she got the CHEF to come and talk to us about what we could eat, creating the most delicious meal, accommodating us completely without complaint (I work in the industry and this is a BIG DEAL). It was only when we went to leave the review they deserved that we saw they had closed ten minutes prior and still welcomed us. We apologized, took the food to go, and before even pulling out of my parking spot, I wished they would open again so I could return.

best customer service I’ve ever experienced! we were so warmly welcomed at the door and was immediately made to feel very much at home. all of the employees are so kind and gracious, the food and the cocktails are phenomenal. for a brand new restaurant, they are doing everything right and i will absolutely be coming back here!

Best food I’ve ever had in Olympia! I will definitely make this my go to place for lunch and dinner. Service was amazing and the fish and chips were just as good as the ones in England! I’m excited to find this awesome restaurant in my home town!

Uptown Grill has some of the best food I've had in a very long time! The Chicken Marsala melts in your mouth and I cannot recommend it enough. I also had the Beet and Orange salad and will definitely be ordering it again. Customer service is simply outstanding and you can tell that everyone is passionate about the food and experience they provide. I will be coming back again and again!
