Red Lobster

My youngest daughter and I went for lunch yesterday which I have never been during the day. There weren’t many people there, we got seated right away and I was shocked how fast our food came out. Our waitress was so nice and down to earth, she stayed on top of everything. Our food was so delicious, we got an adult lunch special and split it and it was more than enough for my six year old and myself. We had chocolate cake for desert which was free because I have the Red Lobster app. I would recommend getting that app it’s crazy how fast you accumulate points and win things like free appetizers or free deserts, you usually get a choice. We don’t go to Red Lobster that often but it’s always so good. I even took most of my shrimp linguine home and ate it way later for dinner. The loaded potato is so worth that extra dollar too!!!

They were not busy and the service wasn't as good as we are use to receiving. The food was okay for the most part and the prices were higher than last year.

Our server forgot the lobster cracking utensil, butter and got two drinks and one order completely wrong. Only one visit to refill a drink and had to track the server down for another. He also kept forgetting that we were celebrating two birthdays and only brought one dessert. Dishes piled up at the end of the table and we had to flag the server down, which took time out of our celebration.

The food seemed to be cooked well enough, but two exact orders came in different sizes and one item seemed to be named with two differing names on the menu. The Red Lobster cheesy biscuits were not endless, we were only allotted 6.

Highly priced, average tasting seafood and not attentive server.

What a surprise. Friday night 8:00 PM, no waiting. We were greeted and seated upon arrival. Our waitress introduced herself and reviewed the specials with us. Our appetizer arrived promptly and was followed by our entrees at just the right time. The service was good, friendly, and attentive. The meals were delicious. The prices were fair and reasonable. This "Red Lobster" is doing it right. It is definitely worth visiting.
