Shari's Cafe and Pies

Food was not bad. Very slow getting orders out. Biscuits and gravy was good. Meat lovers skillet was good as well. Not sure what the small black burned specks were in the pancakes but I am guessing they need to clean the grill more often. Eggs were overcooked and the steak was undercooked.

We only went in for pie-specifically apple pie in a jar. But they don't have it on the menu. However our server was very nice and made a apple pie in a bowl. It wasn't quite the same but very delicious. And she was very sweet.

Perfect place to go with the kids for a decent meal at a decent price. Any dessert I've ever had here was fantastic. Babies always have fun.

I have been going to this place off and on over several years and it's good for breakfast, light lunch or dinner. I like their value deal with soup or salad, a sandwich and a slice of pie. The club sandwich is pretty good. The pies are really good and they have a delicious cherry pie. (Get it a la mode) The prices are reasonable for the breakfast and lunch food, but can get a bit pricey for the dinner items for being s diner-style restaurant.
