“If I could, I'd give it a 4 1/2. Service tends to be a bit slow. Otherwise it's a fantastic place! Try a whiskey flight or a tap beer to match your hamburger. I've tried 3 different hamburgers and they were all fantastic. My husband had the patty melt and said it was the best he ever had. The food is creative and well executed. The 3 sauces that come with the fries or rings are unique and flavorful.”

“Their custom-made scones are always excellent. If you are a scone fiend, this place will not disappoint. Someone there is an excellent ingredient combiner and we’re always curious what the scone is going to be when we arrive. The wild rice and vegetable dish is my personal fav because it is so versatile. Often times I have it as designed because it’s so fresh and tasty. If they have wild mushrooms in, it augments the dish tastily. Adding a poached egg, or some pork belly also takes it to the next level. This place truly is a restaurant where you can still eat close to the ground.”

The main woman who works there is friendly and funny, and they have pizza buy the slice you can get when you walk in.
