I don’t know that I could like this place any more than I already do. The cappuccino gold, which comes with a rim of finely crushed almonds and honey, has quickly become my favorite coffee in town. And talking with them about their process for sources their beans is impressive. Jean Pierre and Oscar have been wonderful—so welcoming and knowledgeable. Love the music and the atmosphere, and the coffee is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Been here a couple times now. Delicious Colombian coffee put into handcrafted delicacies. Knowledgeable staff who are clearly passionate about what they create, and always warm and welcoming. I feel very comfortable here. There is also free WiFi!

These are carefully crafted drinks, which means you may wait a little longer than at Starbucks. But you’re going to get something really special and delicious, guaranteed.

WOW! This place has authentic Columbian coffee and authentic Columbian service! Was greeted so warmly and the owner (from Columbia) made me a personal recommendation for a “cappuccino gold” which was exactly what I wanted. The coffee is the best I’ve had in bellingham. They also have authentic empanadas made by a local Columbian woman. They have gluten free, vegan and sugar free options. I came here to focus and do some work and the chairs are comfortable and the atmosphere is perfect to sit and get work done. Nice quiet music gives the place an amazing ambiance. 10/10. Will be coming back more often now that I know it’s here.

I love Cof&, (that's just pronounced Coffee, it's the Columbian way). We've been here several times and each time is a wonderful experience. The coffees are delicious and brewed at the table if that is the type that you order. Or they have espresso options. And if you're hungry there are delicious empanadas and other food bites. There is even a little corner with beautiful handmade items for sale. If you haven't been go.

This spot caught my eye as I was passing by- beautiful atmosphere, the staff are lovely and personable, and quality coffee direct from Colombia.
As soon as I walked in the owners introduced themselves, all smiles and excited. Opened three months ago, so get in and check it out before it gets overwhelmed! Will definitely be taking some of my coffee-loving friends here- perfect spot to visit on a sunny day.

Wish more places were like this, embracing the sharing of culture. Will be back.
