(May 3, 2022, 4:42 am)I read that El Tapatito won best of bellingham so i had to try it. Wow oh wow was i impressed. I had a go to Mexican spot in bellingham but no more. Had the $11 taco plate 2 asada and 1 pastor, beef was incredibly moist and tender the pastor was equally so. The rice was bland but beans and cheese awesome so overall an A+ from me and i will be back, can be sure of that
