Falafel Truck

One of my favorite places to eat in Bellingham. I love getting some extra falafel balls.

Real Mediterranean cuisine. I've enjoyed every bite!!!
Freshly baked pita, made form scratch hummus and tahini.
Festival of taste!!! Will definitely come again.

Best falafel I’ve ever had — perfect amount of spices! And no weird aftertaste that you get from overly processed falafel elsewhere, this is all made fresh to order. Really friendly owner, quick service too. Pita was great.

Incredibly delicious and fresh. This place is AMAZING! Everything was so fresh. The pita was soft and perfect. The hummus was delightful. The falafel was perfect, I’ve never had better! The chef offered some side sauces like a pickled mango sauce and an extra bit of spicy sauce. Loved both.

The spicy option sits at about a restaurant 3-star in my opinion. It’s really great.

Lastly I really appreciate the cleanliness, the chef really takes it seriously.

This is a must try! You can taste just how authentic the dishes are and freshness of the ingredients. Falafel Truck has only been open a week and I’ve been back many times.

I brought home several “pita plates” and served them as appetizers, absolute hit with my friends and family! Smooth and delicious homemade hummus good for dipped veggies and crackers once you finish the pita (next time I’ll be buying more sides of pita bread) and falafel fried to perfection.

Every time I’ve been the owner has always been very welcoming. I look forward to bringing my friends by his spot off the guide!
