Luna's Bistro

Pleasant ambiance and service. A slightly upscale, Americana-style place (think burgers, caesar salads, nachos, cocktails, etc. ). Their veggie burger is out of this WORLD and prices aren't too crazy. A nice little spot!

Really enjoyed the halibut tacos with the truffle fries. Both were nicely seasoned and prepared deliciously! It seems like it could get a little bit crowded since it's a fairly small bistro setting, but they have a nice upstairs balcony seating area also. Definitely worth a stop in if you're in the Barkley area!

Food was okay. Servers were pleasant but dressed a little more risque than I anticipated. Biggest complaint was wait time for food and drinks: seated at 5:30, drinks order taken at 5:35, drinks arrived at 6:00 later and server took food order at this time, food arrived at almost 6:40. Could have been that they were in a rush, but server did not come back to let us know what timing would look like or check on us. People around us that had been seated/ordered after us received their food well before us. I'd like to give it another chance, but only when I have 2 hours to kill just in case.

Fabulous meal. Spinach salad and crispy cauliflower especially delicious!

We just ate here for the first time, before our movie.
First of all, we were both impressed with the friendly (but not overly intrusive), perfect service!
Sarah was our server and she's amazing.
Then came the food...I was really impressed! I had the Friday night chef's special, which was grilled halibut and a crazy delicious veggie rice. Usually I'm at least a little disappointed when I order fish...what a pleasant surprise that my fish was cooked perfectly. The veggie rice is usually something I wouldn't bother with in most places, but again, it dazzled.
They even grilled my lemon to squeeze over the fish...love the little touches.
My husband got their halibut and chips, and he was super pleased with it as well.
The fries were in a little bit of a crunchy batter and were crisp, delicious.
I'd highly recommend this bistro!!
The prices are a little bit on the higher side but the food quality definitely justifies this, trust me!!
