Time after time this place continues to impress me. I've never once had a bad experience. The food and service has always been fantastic. It's a place that I'm never scared to try something new at. The ingredients taste and look so fresh and high quality. The presentation and atmosphere is beautiful. If I had it my way, I would eat here every single day of my life and it would be a life well spent. I hope it continues the flourish as a restaurant, as there are few places in bellingham that put this much care into their food. I would say few places in washington even. An absolute gem of a restaurant with an owner who will come to your table and introduce herself. She always looks professional and clearly wants to promote a relationship with her customers and make sure they enjoyed their experience.
Three of us had a wonderful meal here last evening, a hidden treasure , right across from The filling station, it’s a little bit hard to find but worth the look. I had Khao Soi, that had an amazing Flavor profile and was spiced exactly as ordered, my dinner mates had Pad Thai and he was happy to not have the peanuts and Commented
it was exceptional! Our other companion had chicken and avocado curry that looked delicious ( going to try that next visit) she said it was very good and was really happy with her choice! Vegetables were crisp, fresh and bright.as were the herbs, chicken tender and juicy. Highly recommend if you love Thai/Lao food.like I do????.
The food was fresh, unique, and of fabulous quality. As a vegetarian, I am often disappointed in how devoid dishes are of the inclusion of actual vegetables. The dishes are so colorful, and cooked to perfection! (That, and they do not use baby corn, which inexplicably freaks me out.)
The vegetarian avocado curry was the best thing that I have tasted in forever. The service was exceptional.
We will be back over and over. It’s our new fav place!
Love the fresh flavors, the friendly people, and the cozy space. A welcome alternative to other Thai places when you want to try something different and delicious.
New restaurant, nice food. Not outstanding- a B grade as one table mate put it. We had : Duck Noodles - bit bland but nice, a green curry which was nicely spiced, and a Phad dish with beef which was rated good (7/10).
We’d come back if a group wanted Thai/Laos but may not seek it out. Wine and beer were limited but okay - bit on pricey side. Would not recommend Young coconut water...
