Palouse Brewing Company

Very nice place to eat and drink. Workers are available and kind trying to accommodate all customers' needs. Food is good. Tap beer selection very good and served at right temperature by right glass. Hopefully it could become a landmark for a small town like Palouse.

New independent brewery and restaurant in the town of Palouse. Pick from a selection of their own beer made on the premises, or other company's beers, or their interesting and creative cocktail list. Pretty good menu for pub food - had the burger, and it was very good. Indoor and outdoor seating. Kid friendly. Staff was good. All in all, a pleasant experience.

This was a great find on a recent road trip. We each had a huge salad and my husband had a beer. He is still raving about the Southwest chicken salad-said it’s the best meal he’s had out in a very long time! Definitely worth a stop.

New place still trying to iron out the kinks. Beer is great. Service is outstanding. Prices are high and food is hit or miss. The interior seating is uncomfortable and lots of echoes.
Outdoor seating is crude, hot, and uninviting. Cheap metal patio tables on gravel.

They have gotten rid of their best sandwich, the Kickin' Chicken, downsized the pizzas, and were completely out of chicken last visit. I'm sure that in a few more months they will get things figured out.

If they don't, and the Palouse Caboose brings back proper table service, hires decent cooks, and lowers prices a little bit, then the Brewery might lose customers to the Caboose.

Awesome brewpub in the heart of Palouse! Great beer selection on tap with other options in cans/bottles. Food was delicious, fresh, and well portioned. Staff were friendly and accommodating; definitely a family friendly place with games for kids (or adults!) to play with. There's also options for indoor or outdoor seating with a view of the creek (they have giant umbrellas at the outdoor tables if you're concerned about the sun). Will definitely be back!
