Colin is an amazing teacher. Colin keeps you moving through the class in a relaxing and challenging way.

My daughter attends pre-school and dance class here and the experience has been amazing. The instructors and facilities are wonderful and she comes home everyday talking about how great her day was!

Good classes and instructors, but I really wish the studio was located elsewhere. It just seems like a fun hip place with growing popularity would thrive in a bigger, more easily accessible space with bigger classrooms. I bet the men wouldn't mind having a larger changing space, too. Hope they can expand in the future! Until then, I will keep coming :)

Fantastic yoga studio! A wide variety of classes, instructors, and class times to fit my schedule and my daily mood. Everyone that works here is fantastic and welcoming. I highly recommend this studio no matter what your skill level is with yoga, hot yoga, or barre. Also, be sure to check out the awesome workshops and meditation series that they offer. Going out on a limb and trying something new at this studio has been well worth my time and money. I love Sanctuary and highly recommend checking this studio out.
