    Server was friendly and did a great job for working by himself. Wait wasn’t overly long.
    The Pitaya bowl wasn’t to bad. This was my first smoothie bowl and I’ve heard a lot of rave on them. TBH, pretty much tasted the same as the granola bowls I make at home (not a reflection on NUYU) just won’t be ordering these now that I know what they are.
    The Theory drink though was really good. Definitely worth getting.
    The establishment is small but clean. Great little setup.
    If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll know where to find some healthy drinks (I need to try the sandwich also).

    My daughter and I were looking for good vegan food while driving back from Seattle. NUYU is a little bit of a detour from the interstate but worth every minute. Great food and service!
