“Cute little shops. My fave is Sad GirlSelf Care for bath bombs, sugar scrubs, & stickers. My kid loves the crystal& candle shops. Expect to spend some time meandering through the aisles, traffic can be slow at times, quite a few families. Loved looking at the different flowers shops, funny signs, & door hangings.”

“This shopping mall is the greatest! I'm so happy because everything that I needed was definitely here, and the location is easy to access. The food court is nice, and any other variety of stores are available here. For me, this would be the best shopping mall ever! I will surely come back here and stroll even more!”

“Parking lot is wonky... ample parking in front of strip mall areas, but because Ross and the gym share the same area, it is occasionally hard to find parking near the store you're actually going to (stalls are also a little on the small side and slanted, so people park over the line a lot)”

“I love visiting here with my little one. It's not the best place to shop but it's good enough. We are mostly there to let our child play. PROS Good parking lot size Big area for family and friends to relax/play Great place for family and friends to meet and enjoy outdoors (when t is not raining) CONS Not a lot of restaurant options. Very small selection of stores. Lots of empty renting areas. I hope this little mall continue to grow, so local people like me will have more entertainment options to choose from.”

“Great restaurants and a movie theater all within walking distance of each other. So many delicious places to eat from Bai Tong Thai to Mod Pizza. Yum. There's even a cupcake shop! I can be found at least once a month strolling the aisles at the Best Marshall's Homes Store in the area. Impressive sporting goods store next door too.”

“Always shop here. This is a nice store..clean, fresh produce, good variety of food items, well stocked. Recently they must have gone through a transition and I did not enjoy shopping there. Produce not tagged with prices nor replenished. I like to shop by 9 am and just felt like they weren't staffed to fill the stock. Glad they got it together because I was thinking it would necessitate a change. I like the staff except for a couple of complainers..come on... a least you have a job!! If you don't like it leave and save the customers your sorrow with management. You will find this a very nice market to shop at.”

“Such a cute locale! Park in one of the expansive parking lots and walk to , where you can find specialty boutiques, a coffee shop, and maybe more. It's cozy, as if walking through a neighborhood, each of the shops in small homes and a sidewalk connecting them all to each other. Staff in the stores I visited were friendly and sweet, helpful and kind. A cute place to return to.”

“The management has done a great job making this store the best it can. He is always on hand is willing to step out of his role to make things work better. Yesterday there was an unpredictably high number of shoppers. Lines were long so he jumped on a cash register to get folks checked and paid. Very customer focused as is the staff there. Helpful, friendly and the store is neat! The wine selection is very good and prices good.”

“one of the better malls in the area. we tend to go either here or Tacoma. this mall has a wide varity of shops to keep you entertained. the food selection is also good. The mall as a little of everything so it makes it a nice one stop shop. Access is right off the 405 freeway which easily connects to the 5 and 167.”

“Not a bad area. A few important stores, Target, Barbershop, Bank, sandwich shop (the name escapes me currently) even a beauty salon that does lashes. However, it definitely makes you wonder why so many high school kids were in the area in the early morning hours. ????”
