“My wife and I ate at Kings for the first time yesterday on October 18, 2023 at their new location in Philippi. She got a Stromboli which she enjoyed and I got a pizza to eat and take some home. The pizza was excellent. I highly recommend it if you are looking for Pizza in Philippi. The true test of pizza, though, is if it tastes as good cold as it does right out of the oven. Many pizzas fail this test, Kings, however, did not. The pizza is just as good cold as it is warm. This is a welcomed change from other pizzas one can get locally. There may only be one other place whose pizza is better, but it would rarely be in competition with Kings. I can't wait to taste a pasta dish in the future.”
