“7 - Eleven is known for their burgers. You'd think they'd be known for their shakes. Their burgers are made really juicy, and they aren't under cooked at all. They are made just right. This place is always packed and I see why, the food is just delicious. Maybe I should try the shakes one day, if there anything like their burgers then I'll be all aboard.”

“Food was good but service was iffy. We went through the drive-through and when we got home we realized that some of the order wasn’t there. We called in to let them know and they said we could come back but because it was so far they offered to write our name down and we could get it on the next time we were there. We went back four days later and when we gave our name they couldn’t find it written down anywhere... this was disappointing as I would have expected them to make it right. Check your order before pulling away.”

“I'm leaving this review specifically because of Andre. I study and enjoy reading customer service/leadership books. Andre has read the manual! That guy talks to every customer with a smile on his face. I've seen him try to remember names of customers too. The Costco/Sams model was built on some research behind "positive touches". Someone once said it takes approximately 7 positive touches for a person to return. Andre is a positive touch every day. I appreciate his effort, his enthusiasm, and his willingness to try to influence people from his position.”

“Everything is great except for the fact that there is no way to properly wash your hands in the men’s restroom. The sink faucet is a push button set up. The water shuts off as soon as you release the button! How are you supposed to properly lather if you have to hold one of the buttons also?”
