“I'm leaving this review specifically because of Andre. I study and enjoy reading customer service/leadership books. Andre has read the manual! That guy talks to every customer with a smile on his face. I've seen him try to remember names of customers too. The Costco/Sams model was built on some research behind "positive touches". Someone once said it takes approximately 7 positive touches for a person to return. Andre is a positive touch every day. I appreciate his effort, his enthusiasm, and his willingness to try to influence people from his position.”

“I am exceptionally happy with this place. We came to watch the WVU game. The quality upgrades from the old pub that was here really show. They make their own in-house whiskey BBQ sauce that puts the high dollar mainstream stuff to shame. I would buy it in the grocery store in a heartbeat! You have to try it! We each had the Black & Blue burger and Whiskey Burger and both were amazing and filling! If you want to come to a bar pub that offers upscale burgers and great draft options this is the place! Found Big Timber Forest Fest on draft! The owner and bartender were super friendly and made us feel like we were a part of ‘the family’. We highly recommend trying it out! Will definitely be coming back!”

“We had our wedding here on 5/25/19 and I can not say enough good things about Purple Iris!! Tiffany was so responsive and helpful through the whole planning process. The venue is beautiful and accommodating- there are plenty of options for outdoor or indoor if it rains. Everything flowed very smoothly. The staff was SO helpful and kind the day of and the bartenders were amazing. I am so glad we booked with Purple Iris!
