“Green Frog Altos is my absolute favorite bar of all time. The bartenders are fun and know how to get the job done. The owner is a super nice and friendly guy who loves to have fun, but ensures that his customers feel the same. If you haven’t yet, try their wings and steak. Nothing beats their $15 steak nights on Wednesday and Friday’s. My experience at Green Frog has always been positive but I’d encourage everyone to go check it out for themselves. :)”

“Really good! Stumbled across this after finding out another restaurant up the road was closed down. We were surprised at how busy it was with to go orders throughout lunch after and even after when we were leaving. The chicken Caesar salad I got had very well seasoned chicken. Husband enjoyed his turkey burger as a healthier option to cure that burger craving. Their seasoned fries are really good too. Would definitely stop by again to try more of the menu if we're in the area. - The Mini Pig Farrier from Texas.”

“1) First time visit. Ordered take-out lunch. 2) Ordered a whole rotisserie chicken with 2 large sides ( mashed potatoes & cole slaw). Included was gravy and corn bread. 3) When I got home all the food was as I had ordered it. Everything was properly cooked. I prefer the corn bread they give you to biscuits. I considered the corn bread among the best I've ever eaten. Dipping sauce for the chicken was also provided. It is also great as a veggie dip. 4) All items were well packaged for transportation--not placed in a big bag that falls over on the way home. 5) The folks working there are attentive to your requests and friendly. 6) For the quality and quantity of food I received, the price was quite reasonable. Very competitive pricing. 7) I plan to return. Once I check it out a little more they may get 5 stars.”

“1) Visited on a Sunday at 1pm for dine-in. 2) They were not busy. 3) Our orders were taken promptly. 4) Menu selections were more than adequate. 5) Staff was friendly and polite. 6) Dining area was clean and neat. This is an old, converted building and doesn't have a very good view of surrounding areas. If it did, you probably wouldn't want to see it anyway. My reason for not giving 5 stars. 7) My wife and I both ordered spaghetti with meat sauce which was excellent. Our salads were more than enough and the house dressing is very good. The very best part-my opinion-is the garlic bread/knots. No one around makes them like Pizza Tonight. 8) If you have an average appetite, you will surely need a "to go" box as they don't skimp on portions. 9) Prices are similar to competitors in the area. 10) We will continue to dine there.”

I overheard one sub maker call the American cheese "trump cheese" and they arent the quickest at moving the line along. “Driving by... My husband just wanted a cup of coffee... but the owner/chef/baker was so hospitable we couldn't leave without buying a dozen of her cookies as well. She made french pressed coffee for my husband which was DELICIOUS. And the homemade cookies were the best I've EVER had!!! They were possibly better the 2nd day even! The owner/chef makes everything from scratch; like our ancestors did, and is very passionate about making delicious food. I am definitely going to go here again, especially when I need a host gift or other yummy gift for someone. Also, I have an elementary age daughter, who I can't wait to take here either, the place is set up so quaint and I know my daughter will love it and the owner too. The owner also said she plans on offering a sort of baking clinic around the holidays, for children to decorate cookies or make an old fashioned dessert.”
