Food Thai Thai

The food is good, but we have been there a couple of times and have dealt with them not having a variety of items. This time there were no desserts despite having a plethora of options on the menu. I don't think it's too much to ask for to keep your menu items stocked.

The service can be slow, but it's worth the wait. I don't blame the waitstaff, I think they should hire one or two more people to wait and cook. The waitress tonight was lovely and apologetic, even though it wasn't her fault.

It's the first time I enjoyed bean sprouts in phad thai, let alone anticipating them more than the shrimp. I didn't think I liked bean sprouts. This restaurant has mastered blanching.

I teach exclusively foreign students. Every week, at least one Asian student tells me they went here. I saw two of my students there today on my first visit. There's a reason: it's dang delicious.

Oh Google, you just asked for my review whilst I'm curled up in bed, and my half-asleep mind won't create a review anywhere close to what this amazing place deserves. But I'll try my best:

Food is delicious. The menu is 6 pages front-to-back (so 12 pages total). My friends and I try something new every time, and in 5 visits we've so far loved everything.

Prices are extremely reasonable. Portions are nice. Meat dishes actually have plenty of meat in them (some restaurants will advertise meat, then deliver one tiny bite of chicken buried in a sea of cheap vegetables. Entrées at Food Thai Thai actually have, if anything, more meat than vegetables. Impressive!)

Restaurant is extremely clean, decorated well, and furniture is comfortable. Staff is friendly, helpful, and patient -- when I wasn't sure what I wanted the first time I visited, the waiter patiently described all the different dishes I was interested in.

The food was absolutely delicious! Most authentic Thai food I've had in the region! I would have taken a picture, but it was so good I ate it all before the thought crossed my mind.
