Jim's Drive In

Wonderful food! We made a 2 hour drive to eat here from the Charleston area. Thanks to the WCHS segment Travelling West Virginia. The hot dogs and hamburgers are awesome. And try one with the chocolate milkshake! Its worth the trip!

Tasty food, cheap prices and great service. This place will get busy at lunch time but you can always sit in your car if the tables are full. I had a pineapple thick shake which had pieces of fruit in it and was so thick I could barely suck it through the straw.

Great food for many years. Loved it as a child, and still love it.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing and I suspected we'd be able to at least place a to-go order. Much to my surprise, our kind server said we'd be just fine parking for the drive in meal. They have the best homemade vanilla milkshake, french fries, club sandwiches (no tomatoes) and grilled cheese (lightly toasted). My son and I enjoy our time together talking, laughing and eating up here. It's a very special place. They added tomatoes to my club sandwich and I let our server know. She wrote no tomatoes and went back to get me a new one made. I thought it was really great that we arrived so close to closing yet we weren't rushed and a mistake was fixed with a genuine apology which really wasn't even necessary. Great prices for the food quality, always fresh and consistent along with the full experience is a must visit! Everyone here is always so kind no matter how packed Jim's can get at times, they're always close to check in on us!

This place is amazing! The food was the BEST! I've never had better cheese sticks. Their ranch is the best I've ever had. Friendly staff and quick service. I live 2 hours away and would come back just for this food!
