“With a new modern and open-air environment, the new location for Ortega's brings a much welcome change. While the new location has only been open for a week so, everything about what's offered seems better than before. Located at a much more convenient area, not only more seating is available but they even include outside seating, just as before. Neighbors with Bushel & Peck, guests can freely walk from one business to another from inside. During my recent visit, I ordered what may be the best burrito I've ever eaten. The tortilla was cooked so wonderfully and held together nicely. Fresh guacamole was even offered to my party which tasted great.”

There was one person working the drive-thru two people cooking and one not so very friendly person working the counter. She left customers standing there while she did things in the back and did not even acknowledge anyone that was standing there waiting to be served.”

“Came here with 3 other of my work friends to try the Nacho Beast Challenge and it did not disappoint. The restraunt was modern looking with plenty of seating. The waitress was very nice and helpful and made sure we were always happy. The food was delicious from our first bite to our last. Plenty of options of adult beverages but they were a little but pricey. We all loved this experience even though 1 out of 4 of us finished the challenge but it was worth a try.”

“My wife and I had the gyro platters, and we were both very pleased with our lunch. The dressing on the Greek salads was excellent with a tangy vinegary taste. The gyro's were stuffed and had a good portion of authentic beef and lamb gyro meat. The food looked so good I forgot to take pictures and just started eating.”

“Me & my 2 children (ages 3&4) came in here for lunch today. I did not get them happy meals, just 3 burgers for us & a fry to share. My 4 year old kept asking for a happy meal & I said not today. The cashier who tended to us went out of her way to get them both toys. It was so sweet of her. As we were eating, my sons burger patty slipped out of the bun onto the floor. One of their team members or managers saw it happen & requested that they make him another one. It was so generous of her to do that. I am so appreciative of the acts of kindness I received here today. They have awesome people working here. Keep doing what your doing! ????”

“We got take out, everyone was very nice however Papa John's is having a special price on their specialty pizzas because they are usually expensive. I paid the cashier which happened to be the manager. I was waiting for my pizza and I got to thinking about how much my total was and I realized it was to much. I then asked the manger girl for a receipt I looked at it and realized they charged me too much. I brought it to her attention and she said the register takes the money off under a discounted section. Then she asked if she could see the receipt she looked at it and then she saw where it didn't take anything off and then she corrected it. The part that bothers me is if I wouldn't have been persistent I would have paid $15 over. That might not sound like a lot too many but I am a single mom.. however when we did get home the pizza was amazing!!! I just wanted to give a detailed review to make people aware but I also wanted to say that everyone was very nice inside of Papa John's and again the pizza was amazing very good quality toppings!!!”

“Went here to try something new. It was nice having dinner and watching the horses run the track. The food was very good and well prepared. The French fries were fantastic and clearly hand cut with a great taste. The Terrace Burger was also very good and juicy. The smell of cigarette smoke knocks this down a star but does ever so slightly remind me of the smell of a bowling alley in my younger years.”

“The best overall Mexican restaurant in Jefferson county. I waited to rate because there were initial growing pains with a new restaurant. They have grown past this and I can say they are the best in the county. We've had dinner here four different times and tried different items each time. Their steak is wonderful. The salmon fish tacos were a tongue zinger. They were flavorful and had a perfect char yet super moist and tender. The staff are attentive, the decorations are first class and there is ample seating at the bar. The food is served hot and fresh. Grilled vegetables are perfect and not soggy or overcooked.”
