Excellent customer service. My girlfriend and I went to brunch on a busy Sunday, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well we were treated. The manager, who sat out front greeting customers and keeping tabs on seating, took time away from his tasks just to keep all of us customers in the loop on the wait and optional seating. He then seated us, and went out of his way to wipe the table down, make sure we had creamers for our coffee, and continued to be polite and respectful. Every restaurant is capable of making mistakes, we are all human. But when you get treated this well it makes a huge difference on whether you come back or not. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good eating experience!

Pretty much always a good inexpensive meal. Many choices. Great breakfasts. Had a sticky table this time. Rectified quickly. Good service.

Been a long time since I went to Bob Evans. I enjoyed the Turkey Sandwich & fries. Solid place to get a meal if you want to pay a little more for something better than fast food.

They were very accommodating when it came to my mother and her oxygen tank. We needed a specific location where we could plug into a wall outlet. Very good waitresses and the food was great!

Food was good but what was great was my waitress Barbara. I witnessed her professionalism with a rude customer. She remained very friendly and curteous. Kept a smile on her face and took great care of me. I would return again with my wish to have her as my waitress again.
