But the last time I went, I waited almost 45 minutes to get my food, and then we went to pay we were the last in a long line and the cashier left us standing there for 10 minutes to get someone else's to go order from the kitchen, came back, looked us in the eye and got a to go drink before finally coming back to ring us up. No one ever apologized for the long wait or even attempted any kind of excuse. Just acted like everything was normal.”

I'm not sure what the original issue was, but customer didn't have a receipt. Mgr rang up what he said he ordered, and offered to let customer keep the food AND get a refund. Customer still complained loudly and became rude and irate. Manager remained cool, calm, and very polite, despite customer's bad behavior. Great job, Mr. Manager, sir!”

Rich, deep, perfect. The baked beans avoids both simplicity and that overpowering sugar taste. The ribs? Have mercy. A bonus, they're perfect for eating. They do fall off the bone... LITERALLY. The mashed potatoes avoid the pitfalls of being mushy, underflavored, or nailed with salt. The atmosphere is jazz. Just plain chill. Music selection is excellent. The best feature?
