“This place has some of the best dogs! They have mild, medium, and hot sauce that have that perfect saucy hot dog flavor. I am part dragon and wish the hot was HOT, but I figure most people would find their hot sauce hot enough. They also have great pepperoni rolls, , plain, with cheese, sauce delicious peppers, and they will warm them in a toaster oven if you like. There is an old feel to this place, from original screen door pushbar to a fantastic collection of old pictures on the wall. There is both counter seating and a few booths. The atmosphere like an old 50's dog joint. There is plenty of old fashioned things to look at on the walls. I used the words "old fashioned" but this place probably kept the look of when it first opened a long time ago. The best and most amazing thing about Woody's is watching their employees make those dogs. If there were a contest on how quick, they would definitely win. I have so much fun watching them being made... and even more fun eating those dogs!”

“Good times! This was my first time going to the Derby Bar and I would go back. This is NOT a place to take your family for a weekend outing, but definitely is a place to grab a few cold beers and tell old war stories. The beer is cold and the prices are low. The wings are as spicy as you can handle. If you want to light up a smoke, they dont mknd and even give out ash trays. This may be a locals hangout, but everyone was nice and cordial. Also, parking right across the street.”

“I love Poky Dot and the food/dessert is amazing. However, the last few times I have been here, the cleanliness of the restaurant has been terrible. There are always flies flying around and the floors and menus are sticky. I know it’s summer time and you can’t always prevent bugs, but it’s gotten very bad. Despite this, I’ll always love poly dot and keep coming back, I just wish they could be a little cleaner.”

Additionally I stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, while the employees were laughing and talking in the backroom. Maybe there is more to the story that I don't know...the food is usually decent.”
