We stayed in Princess Snowbird Cabin 44 in October, 2019 so no AC was necessary. The gas heater warmed up the cabin quite nicely. All of the kitchen utensils, bed linens, bathroom products, towels and furnishings that we needed were available and in good condition. Although the couch in the main living area was showing significant wear, it was comfy and cozy. Everything was clean and adequately maintained. The setting is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store has everything that you could need and the restaurant is located in the back. Yokum's seems to be the cultural center of activity for tourists and locals alike. This community is a tiny crossroad in the middle of nowhere, West Virginia, with no cellular communication service. If you are looking for a modern suite adjacent to lots of shopping and restaurants, this is not your place. We will most definitely return to Yokum's again.
Very nice people good restaurant great location affordable
A nice stop to get something to eat, or bathroom break. Very scenic from the balcony of the restaurant
Look let's be honest here...not much online booking things...luckily very good (probably paid for) Google grab with Yocums Adventures ...but as far as bang for buck this can not be beat...you can literally climb to the top of these rocks from your room. Is there a Max on photos?
I camped right up the street with some friends and Yokum's was very convenient to pick up everything we needed. There's even a trail right up to Seneca Shadows campground. From gifts and gear to fresh coffee and hiking guides this place had it all. The best part was the hot breakfast sandwiches made on homemade biscuits. The quaint porch seating also offers some spectacular views of the Seneca rocks.
