“We stayed in Princess Snowbird Cabin 44 in October, 2019 so no AC was necessary. The gas heater warmed up the cabin quite nicely. All of the kitchen utensils, bed linens, bathroom products, towels and furnishings that we needed were available and in good condition. Although the couch in the main living area was showing significant wear, it was comfy and cozy. Everything was clean and adequately maintained. The setting is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store has everything that you could need and the restaurant is located in the back. Yokum's seems to be the cultural center of activity for tourists and locals alike. This community is a tiny crossroad in the middle of nowhere, West Virginia, with no cellular communication service. If you are looking for a modern suite adjacent to lots of shopping and restaurants, this is not your place. We will most definitely return to Yokum's again.”

“This place has the best homecooked food! Our waitress was so kind. The food is absolutely delicious (especially their fried green tomatoes). Inside the restaurant is very well kept and inviting. If you have the chance, eat on the front porch. The view is unbelievable.”

“We loved this little place! We both had subs that had outstanding FLAVOR! One steak and one Italian and the sub rolls were awesome! Yes, the waitress could of been more attentive but you are in a small town where no-one hurries to see if you need anything. Having grown up in such an area I'm use to it. Anyways I'd rather go fetch my own refill when I need it. I must point out that this restaurant does not have any handicap entrances. It is on the second floor. Quiet atmosphere and a grand view of the Seneca Rocks.”
