“Very Happy to find Brenda's Backwoods Grill. We were traveling through WV on our way to a family reunion and stopped in here for dinner. It was wonderful. The atmosphere is one of family hospitality. The prices are reasonable and the portions generous. Of note is he fried bologna sandwich. It is a thick slice of crispy pan-fried bologna on their fluffy homemade white bread. Get it with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. If you are not local (as I am not) this might sound weird. Put aside those biases and try it out. You will be thrilled. The chili is also excellent. Get in on a burger or dog, and go whole hogger and load it on some cheese fries. When you are done, whatever is on the menu today for dessert, get it. Great job Brenda's. I hope we return your way soon.”

“Overall great service, friendly staff, but is an absolute shame these young people have to work here with No air, when there is a heat wave on in the area, temps outside of over 100° we got our sandwiches to go and ate in the car because it was to hot inside, it was miserable, I felt bad for the workers.”
