By far the best place in town for inexpensive eats. Waitresses were friendly and knew the repeat customers and locals. Great coffee and choices for a hot meal to start your day. There is a handicap entrance on the backside as there are stairs leading up to the restaurant from the front entrance. Credit cards welcomed here. A great place to socialize with the locals or other travelers. Kid friendly.

We had lunch here a few days ago, most of the party had the largest one-half of a hot roast beef sandwich I have ever seen. One, had a full one, ate it all! Quietest lunch of all! Each enjoyed and finished their meals.
It was such an enjoyable experience that Saturday morning, after a very bad experience at another restaurant, we returned for breakfast. We got treated like royalty, they had cream for our coffee and even had ice for our ice water. The food is way above par. Go enjoy.

This place really reminds you of some place like home no matter where your from. The staff were very polite and very kind. They really make you feel as if they truly enjoy having you there. It is genuine and homemade food with a quiet but family like atmosphere. We definitely will be stopping again every time we are up that way!

We encountered some colorful locals who were obviously regulars. The waitstaff was very friendly, the food was good (we were here for breakfast), and the prices were reasonable. Would definitely go back again the next time we're in the area.

The food here is very good. When I went there it was very quiet. The waitress was nice but she seemed to be the only employee working at the time. Downstairs it smells a bit musky but once you go upstairs to the actual restaurant, it smells fine. The food is prepared nicely. However, I as well as someone else I was with, found a hair in the food. Other than that, everything was nice and the price was reasonable.
