Ordered two small pizzas for our dinner. The wife had a Johnnie's cheese which she enjoyed and I ordered the Giambotta's pizza. No complaints. This is a cash only restaurant and dinner on average for two can cost over $30.00. The dining area can fill up quick on the weekend so expect a wait once you order your meal. A hustling place that can be noisy so don't think you'll have a quiet meal.

BBQ chicken pizza was good. Nice selection of local beers. Server was very friendly despite being really busy. Nice atmosphere.

We visited Blackwater Falls for a few days and we ate at Sirianni's Cafe twice and both times we enjoyed it so much! The pizza crust is so good and the pizza ingredients were fresh. My daughter had the Garlic Wedges and she loved them. If you like garlic, you will too. Our server was Lauren and she was so friendly and attentive. We even recommend Sirianni's to a couple we talked to at the lodge and they came back and told us they enjoyed going there and thanked us for recommending it to them. You need to try it too!!!

This is Davis’s little Italian spot. Lots of pizzas and pastas. We had the XXX pizza which had a little bit of everything. This crust was no joke maybe the best crust I’ve ever had. It was crisp but so fluffy inside. Only reason for the 4 stars was the price. A little high, but kind of expected in such a small town.

Friendly, courageous staff and the food is pure WV Italian. The roasted hot peppers were fantastic. We also had a large pizza, which is served thin crust style with a scrumptious sweet tomato sauce and plenty of toppings to choose from
