    Hardee's on 7th street is the best one in Parkersburg West Virginia

    It's a quick serve chain restaurant with a drive through also. They have a limited menu. Out west, Carl's is the same chain. They have large burgers and some Mexican foods. My favorites are the breakfast items. These are only served in the morning. The drive through is open 24 hours.
