“Long line in drive-thru, (it was the after lunch rush, no big deal) so I went inside. Manager was doing his best to accommodate a very upset customer. I'm not sure what the original issue was, but customer didn't have a receipt. Mgr rang up what he said he ordered, and offered to let customer keep the food AND get a refund. Customer still complained loudly and became rude and irate. Manager remained cool, calm, and very polite, despite customer's bad behavior. Great job, Mr. Manager, sir!”

Nice selection of drinks and snacks, healthy and unhealthy options. Checkout was average, but slow at first considering the employee to customer ratio. The response time to the line could have been better. All in all, it was very easy to get in and out of. It is a gas station on a corner after all.”

They smiled greeted and thanked every person for their patience. The customers were all understanding and appreciative. These ladies all deserve a round of applause for a job well done. It was refreshing to see such team work. They were so busy they couldn't even get the donuts up on the display shelf. The coffee was hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. The donuts were extra fresh.
