“El Dorado is a nice, solid Mexican place. It's the only Mexican restaurant in the area, but that doesn't mean that it slides by. “Food is prepared in an open kitchen. Restaurant has an open concept. Big bay windows open to the Chequamegon Bay. Sandbar has the best view of any restaurant around. If you want only coffee and pastry, that is fine with them. If you want a full-blown breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they have it and the food is good. All the staff I have met from servers to chefs have been great. College students serve. Chefs are true professionals.”
