“We tried this spot because our normal breakfast restaurant during our annual trip was closed. The waitress was very friendly and patient with our large group. The food came out quickly and was good. I enjoyed the shouldyer breakfast I ordered and split an order of biscuits and gravy with a friend. I would absolutely get the skillet breakfast again, but probably not the biscuits and gravy. It was fine, but not the best I've had. (I tend to be picky about them.) We will definitely consider skipping our usual restaurant in next year's trip and go to Norm's instead!”

“Food was good, loved the homemade root beer. Our waitress was disappointing, fairly rude/short with us. We were standing looking at the menu on the building and we're snapped at to go sit down (as there were menus at the tables). We had a group of 11 and sat at 3 benches, but rather her do her job and bring the food to each person/table, she sat all food down at one table and we had to get up and get it (though she did at least deliver drinks). Just made the experience less than it could have been. Hope she was just having an off day.”
