“I have been going to Bona Casa since I was a teenager. I am obsessed with the cheese and raisin ravioli! The sausage is by far, the best i have ever tasted. The service here is always friendly and efficient. I have not tried many other items on the menu because I am a creature of habit. I have gotten the frozen food too. That way I can make it at home any time I have a craving on a Monday or Tuesday when they are closed.”

“Went there for supper. Had about a 15-25 minute wait for the food, but it was worth the wait. The waitress who served us clearly looked a tad bit stressed in my mind, but I was amazed how well she kept her cool under the strain. She deserved every cent of the tip I left for her and she should be commended for her hard work.”

“Food was good, loved the homemade root beer. Our waitress was disappointing, fairly rude/short with us. We were standing looking at the menu on the building and we're snapped at to go sit down (as there were menus at the tables). We had a group of 11 and sat at 3 benches, but rather her do her job and bring the food to each person/table, she sat all food down at one table and we had to get up and get it (though she did at least deliver drinks). Just made the experience less than it could have been. Hope she was just having an off day.”
