“This was our first time up to Iron River, Wisconsin and Scenic Drive Restort. The grounds were absolutely beautiful; all decked out in their spectacular fall colors, and the cabins were clean and cozy! The owners, Kevin & Jennifer, couldn't have been more accommodating. The lodge is amazing with lake views from every window! There's not a bad seat in the house!! Make sure to stop in on Thursday's for Kevin's famous ribs and on Friday's for the Walleye dinner made with Jennifer's secret recipe! Yum!! “Simply exceptional. This isn't some kitsch diner people like as a throwback, the food, service, and experience are all outlandishly good. I only visit in late Fall chasing snow in the UP at 8am, so I never have to wait for a seat--but I imagine it to be busier in the summer. Worth the wait.”
