We visited this evening and when walking in my childs foot was caught in the opening door, it caused a couple cuts across his little toes. It hurt and he was very upset. The staff were concerned and went out of their way to help us providing bandaids and ice. I appreciated it greatly.

Great specialty flavors. Awesome service. My family members each had something different and everyone enjoyed their ice cream. Checked website before we went and the family member with a gluten sensitivity was able to enjoy ice cream without any negative side effects - just have to avoid the brownie, cookie and cake chunks.

Nice place but a bit pricey. Great ice-cream! Clean and friendly place and great for an afternoon break.

I went in the morning on Saturday. Rachel was very kind, helped me at a fast pace and was instantly greeted when I walked in. Will be back! She recommended the cookie doughnut one and I loved it. Thanks cold stone for great ice cream and great employees!

This place is one of the best chain ice cream shops ever! I love that you can taste all the flavors before purchasing and they have flavors for all age levels and are constantly creating more. They also include sorbet and frozen yogurt options for those are lactose intolerant. I recommend the cake batter ice cream with an toppings mixed in. If you are going for a signature creation of theirs, I suggest the birthday cake remix. Awesome ice cream!
