IHOP

Even though there was a wait because the kitchen was short-staffed, the hostess and server were very nice! We love IHOP! ♡

While my 2x2x2 breakfast was fine, my wife's eggs and hashbrowns were cold. Both the waitress and supervisor who checked us out asked about it, they didn't charge us for her breakfast and gave her an ice coffee to go. Very happy with their response and service.

Food tasted a little stale. But the waitress was very nice and got my food out very fast. The waitresses are awesome but I think the kooks could use a change.

I've worked at this location before and when I did I loved it. I've worked every position other than General Manager. I came to the Green Bay location because of the nostalgia and craving to get some food from here again. Service was great but food took a while since they were shortstaffed with cooks. I understand completely but higher management needs to make some tweaks in order to retain employees and keep the employee turnover low.
