Republic Chophouse

Nicely decorated venue, friendly staff and great aged ribeye (one of the top 5 steaks I have ever had). My friends steak was tasty but somewhat dry when he mentioned it to the waiter he took it off the bill. I will definitely be back. BTW, the bartender makes excellent drinks, always a plus!

If you are looking for good food and great atmosphere, this is the place for you. The steak was perfectly done and the sides were amazing. We had drinks and dessert with our meal and those were all great too. We would definitely go back. Great high end steak place right in Green Bay. Fashionable place with cool bar and great food. Pricing fits the high end atmosphere but a great place to celebrate or go on a business dinner.

Steak was top notch,wine and other food was very good. Waitress was pleasant and attentive. Interior was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. I left my credit at restaurant by mistake. Called next morning while I was at the airport. Heather reported she had the card and was willing to send to my home. I appreciate not having to cancel my card.

Republic Chophouse is an exquisite place. They truly understand customer service and everyone is committed to delivering it in the most exceptional way. The only word to describe the food is "PERFECT". The atmosphere is great and the decor tasteful. If I lived in Green Bay I'd make it my goal to come here as often as possible. ????
