“No visit is complete to Wisconsin without visiting a cheese factory and this family owned cheese factory did not disappoint! The inside of the shop is quaint. They have a viewing window, where you can watch the cheese being made and lots of cheese goodies to purchase. All of their cheese is made with local cow milk, provided by dairies within a 30 mile radius. And, they use all the parts of the cheese process, so the only part that’s wasted is what falls on the floor. Pretty cool! The cheese is fresh and yummy! They also offer scooped ice cream (not made by them) and espresso. Not wanting to get out of the car, but know what you want? They also have a drive-thru window.”
