“Food, ambiance, friendliness...this restaurant has it all! Chris and his team have created an experience vs just a meal. Wine and cocktail selection adds to it. Chris is one of the nicest and coolest guys you'd ever want to meet. He took great care of us after we finished shooting a TV show here recently. The restaurant is really awesome has a rustic feel and there is a really cool private member lounge upstairs. Not to mention the food he prepared for us was nothing short of AMAZING! Absolutely the best ramen I have ever had. The hard boiled egg inside was the most perfectly cooked medium boiled egg I've ever had and the pork belly was crispy and tender and tasted just like bacon. I cannot wait to go back to Green Bay and hang with Chris and eat as his restaurant again.”

“We had the same experience with the waitress giving herself a 25% tip the first time we dined there. We noticed it but let it slide. However, we dined there last evening and couldn’t be happier with our server Jessica B. We paid using the hand held device. Jessica explained the tip process and that we could enter any amount that we wanted. The food was great and the wait time was good considering how busy they were. We will definitely be back.”

“Before May's, I had never experienced Hmong food. We ordered the Pork Belly meal, Coconut Curry, Spring Rolls and Thai Tea. Everything was delicious! At one point, the server/host brought us food that was for another table. It took a moment to figure out where the dish was supposed to go, but he quickly apologized, stepped behind the counter and then returned with a couple cans of Coke and said "no charge". I guess he was embarrassed for teasing us with food that wasn't for us. :) We were very grateful. The hostess (owner/May?) stopped by to check on things as we were finishing and conversed with us and answered general questions that we had about the sauces. It turns out that the hot sauce and the sweet & sour sauce are both made in house. If you get the opportunity, check out this affordable quaint, low key, restaurant.”

“I am a first time diner here and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. This is a great place to meet up with friends. The atmosphere is fantastic. Kinda old school but in superb condition. This is a old building surrounded by brand new development which is kinda cool. My fish sandwich was delicious. Our group sat at a large booth until late at night. They never even asked us to leave even though the place was obviously closed. Our waitress was on top of everything and had a good sense of humor. The bathrooms even smell nice. Highly recommended. “Stopped here for a quick lunch, 15 mins before they close for lunch. Lunch hours are 11a-230, then they close until 430p, and open for dinner until 9p. They accommodated me, the owner lady is very nice. Had a good small talk, server was really nice as well, and my lunch order of Sesame Chicken ($8.50) was one of the best Chinese style order ever. Chicken was tender, and crisp, fried rice was very well done, was served with white mushrooms, and carrots, which were well cooked. Lunch order comes with bowl of clear soup, which was very very good. I don't eat sushi, but I'll come again for the cooked menu. I've heard good things about their sushi as well.
