“We dined here during Restaurant Week. Jacob at the bar was outstanding! He's a fantastic bartender and server. Very friendly and knows his stuff. I do have to say the food and drinks were delicious. We tried the "Call me Shirley" and the other drink with vodka and St. Germain. Both excellent. The ricotta sourdough is an excellent starter. We were a bit worried about the price tag on that dish but once we received it and tasted it, it's worth $16. Delicious. The burger was out of this world. Great flavor on the beef, with gooey melted american cheese and burger sauce. The bun was toasted. So good! We tried the 3 course Restaurant Week menu too. The smoked pineapple was good, but it had too much sauce. The biggest disappointment were the scallops. They were seared well, but the portion size was super small with only 2 smaller sized scallops. Also, the dessert was super tiny. I work in a high end restaurant and our portion sizes are larger than the dishes we ate for less price. I understand it's restaurant week, but it was not worth $33. Overall, the experience was great and we did enjoy the food. We will definitely be back for the burger.”

Main courses did not let us down either, all options were great as well. The dessert held up too with the cheesecake being amazingly smooth. “No visit is complete to Wisconsin without visiting a cheese factory and this family owned cheese factory did not disappoint! The inside of the shop is quaint. They have a viewing window, where you can watch the cheese being made and lots of cheese goodies to purchase. All of their cheese is made with local cow milk, provided by dairies within a 30 mile radius. And, they use all the parts of the cheese process, so the only part that’s wasted is what falls on the floor. Pretty cool! The cheese is fresh and yummy! They also offer scooped ice cream (not made by them) and espresso. Not wanting to get out of the car, but know what you want? They also have a drive-thru window.”
