We went out on a Friday evening to give a new Green Bay restaurant a try! Like other reviews, our server and the service was spot on! Being only one of two tables though, our expectations were fairly high for our meal. The bao buns were good but I’m not sure I think $16 for two was a proper price point. The $3 oysters were delightful and very much enjoyed. We finished our meal with the fried chicken and scallops. The chicken batter was really nice and the sauce flavorful, unlike another reviewer we had very nice large chunks of chicken, but the larger pieces weren’t cooked through. Our scallops were also over seared and 2/3 were essentially burnt, which heavily altered the taste and texture. Hopefully they’re able to iron out some of these issues as the restaurant was delightful along with the service!

We dined here during Restaurant Week. Jacob at the bar was outstanding! He's a fantastic bartender and server. Very friendly and knows his stuff. I do have to say the food and drinks were delicious. We tried the "Call me Shirley" and the other drink with vodka and St. Germain. Both excellent. The ricotta sourdough is an excellent starter. We were a bit worried about the price tag on that dish but once we received it and tasted it, it's worth $16. Delicious.

The burger was out of this world. Great flavor on the beef, with gooey melted american cheese and burger sauce. The bun was toasted. So good! We tried the 3 course Restaurant Week menu too. The smoked pineapple was good, but it had too much sauce. The biggest disappointment were the scallops. They were seared well, but the portion size was super small with only 2 smaller sized scallops. Also, the dessert was super tiny. I work in a high end restaurant and our portion sizes are larger than the dishes we ate for less price. I understand it's restaurant week, but it was not worth $33.

Overall, the experience was great and we did enjoy the food. We will definitely be back for the burger.

Excellent menu with very creative dishes. Hostess and waitress we're both attentive and very friendly and professional. Definitely would go again.

Dishes are big on flavor and presentation. Plates are served tapas style. Menu is on the adventurous side (in a good way) for GB.

Dinner was delicious. Loved the tapas format - nice to sample multiple things on the menu. Dessert was divine - and we would know since we got one of everything 🤣
