“Subway. Can't beat when they have their subs on sale. The occasional $5 deal or $6 foot long. Their bread has come a long way in the last 10 years. It's always fresh and not stale like in the past. The best part about Subway is that you can essentially make your own sub. By telling them what you want on it and how much. That is the value in Subway. The store was very clean. Friendly staff and was quick with an order.”

“Have always loved Papa Murphy's, their pizza is pretty inexpensive, and whatever cheese they use on top always makes the pizza! This location in particular accepted a coupon from a Woodman's receipt (the 6 dollar 1 topping medium pizza), even though it wasn't technically for their store, and they allowed an extra topping for no charge. So kind, and they really know how to make a customer happy!”

“We went for our first time on a Saturday evening. Had Old Fashions (some of the best I have had) and Prime Rib cooked perfectly. Also had soup and salad from the buffet. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly. Brook was our server and she did a great job. We will definitely go back!”

“Olson's Ice Cream was on my bucket list when I moved here. I heard the ice cream was delicious and this was a must try. I finally went and I completely agree with what I had been told and read! When we got there, there was a line. We sampled a few different flavors and chose what we wanted. A friendly customer told me I had to try thr black licorice, which I didn't even realize was a current flavor choice. I'm so glad she said something because that was one of the best ice cream flavors I've ever had! If you love black licorice you should really get that, and if you don't love black licorice you should still try it.. it was that good! We look forward to going back!”

“NOTE: This is mostly about the pizza. Have always heard a lot about the pizza, but wasn't blown away. I wish I could give half stars because it's honestly 3.5 stars, but 4 would just slightly too high. Very cheesy, which is good, but the sauce and crust were nothing out of the ordinary. The amount of grease (I'm assuming coming from the pepperoni) was a bit of a turn-off as well. Just ever-so-slightly overly expensive for what it is. However, the staff was extremely friendly. I have also tasted their fried chicken once and that was actually excellent. May try again in the future.”

“Stayed locally on the way to a fishing trip and my wife found this place on line and sent it to me. It is in an old fashioned building with what I suspect is the original tin ceiling. I grew up in a small town and just don't expect to find sophisticated menus in that kind of city, but i was wrong here. In addition to the expected items, he has a list of specials with a Mexican touch. I found it a relaxing place to have a good meal in a casual atmosphere.”

“You first walk in and the space is charming! It's small and tidy with about 20 tables. The service was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. (I got a meat lover's skillet for 7.95) My only negative is this is cash only place. They do not take credit or debit cards, luckily there is a no fee atm two blocks down.”
