“My wife and I stayed at Coachman's for a 3 day unlimited package recently. Theresa and Connie were great getting it all set up. The golf course was in great shape even with all the rain and drizzle that we experienced. The 3 different 9 hole courses were fun to mix and match and were not overly too difficult. The starters were helpful. Very nice for mid to high handicappers. Unfortunately we got lost once due to some poor signage, but once we knew the course it was obvious where our mistake was made. The staff in the on site restaurant were very welcoming and pleasant . The rooms were dated but well kept. We knew that going in. However. The food we experienced while we were there left a lot do be desired. Not the food itself...The temperature of it. We had 1 hot meal and it was breakfast on the second day. The 2 dinners we had were cold. My wife actually sent something back because it wasn't warm and the kitchen sent us back food that was exactly the same temp. On our last day we had the breakfast buffet at 8 am and everything we put on our plate was not even warm. Overall, we had fun but the kitchen staff needs a lot of help.”

“Not too bad. Store has a decent selection of local Wisconsin favorites and a little restaurant. I didn't try the dining, but I hear it's good. Plenty of truck parking, decent fuel islands and friendly enough employees. The only thing I can think of that definitely needs improving is the entry/exit for the trucks. It's in horrible condition and you had best come rolling in in low gear, or you may crack your head off of your own ceiling.”

“This thing is called The 18 wheeler and it is amazing. The best burger I ever tried. It easily feeds two. I still can't believe I finished it by myself. My compliments to the people in the kitchen and whoever came up with the idea for it, you've done a great job! It worth the wait.”

“Stayed for labor day weekend. We made reservations several weeks in advance and they were able to squeeze us in to a seasonal site. Upon arrival we discovered that there is no way we could fit our RV into the site. They were able to offer us to other options that they had available. Campground was busy, but quiet. Definitely more for seasonal campers it seemed. Heavily wooded, and a little dated, but clean. Pool could have used some attention. Broken pool furniture, lots of debris in pool, flaking paint. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed, as there were other campers that had issues upon check in as well. They were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was close to home and we were happy to get in to a campground during a busy holiday weekend.”
