Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Went there a few weekends ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The area was very clean, the place was full of customers and we were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in the door. We waited about 15 minutes for out food to be prepared and after reviewing these comments I think people need to understand the concept that this is not "fast food" It's not premade... it is made once you order. For our family of 4 the meals were made quickly and wonderfully and we will definitely be returning!

I went in for lunch on a Friday and ordered the Thanksgiving Sandwich (Bobbie I believe it was called). The sandwich only took maybe 5 minutes to make and it was quite delicious. There are numerous comments about poor customer service but I received nothing but excellent customer service during my experience. The gentleman who took my order was very nice and walked out to my table to hand the sandwich to me when it was ready. And as I was eating I was observing another gentleman at the register who was going out of his way to wish every customer a nice day and weekend. I rarely ever see this in a fast food/fast casual setting. Overall, I have no complaints and I plan on returning when I'm feeling a sandwich in the area.

My mom, sisters, best friend (Maid of Honor) and I went to lunch here during a weekend of wedding dress shopping. First off, GPS took us the wrong way so we called and Justin gave us directions and stayed on the phone with me until we arrived. My MOH had called ahead (without my knowledge) and asked if there was anything they could do special for us. I couldn't help but laugh (in a good way) when we walked in and there was a white paper doily at each of our seats. The food was yummy, I could definitely tell the meat was fresh. We were all happy with our sandwiches. Thanks for being part of my special day!
