Chen’s Dumpling House

Can’t give this place enough good reviews! Their pork bbq buns are my absolute favorite things in Madison. The service is always great and their authentic buns and noodles are on par with anything I’ve tried while living in China. I always take visitors from out of town here and I suggest you do the same :)

Amazing dumplings! Get the pork and chive I haven't had dumplings this good since I was in Yangshuo.

We shared a bowel of noodles with chicken and mushrooms and the noodles were delightful, but the not enough spice in the rest of the dish. Noodles were so good we will be back to try some other noodle dishes as the steamed dumplings were good with excellent seasoning. Wonderful small spot for lunch, not fancy, just good food. The title says it all. These were the best dumplings I’ve ever had. Filling yet light. Real ingredients, authentic Chinese food. I would go back everyday if I could.

This is like being in Beijing only the quality is better! House made noodles with a perfect tooth. The dumplings are of course exceptional. We love the Three Delights Dumplings but everything is great.
