Glass Nickel Pizza Co. - Madison East

I ordered a pasta that said it came with a side salad on the entree description on the menu. The waitress told me they had failed to update the menu and I would have to pay extra if I wanted a side salad. The food wasn't bad, but I didn't feel like a valued customer in any way.

Had a very constructive talk with the East manager about the main issue I have with the gluten free food option-- the gluten free pizza crust is not made in house and is too small and far more expensive on top of cross-contamination issues to place an order. They were very receptive and understanding to the medically-necessitated gluten free and Celiac disease community needs in the area which is more than appreciated, and they hope to make some changes in the future to improve said option and preparation thereof, I am hopeful these changes come soon.
Being a landmark establishment with several locations in the area with great food, I hope they stick around for a long time.

Super helpful. Great pizza and great service! Definitely recommend eating here. One of my favorite pizzas I have had in a while.
